Bali Exception management offers you a serene and breathtaking getaway located in a quiet and safe area only 500 meters from Pererenan beach and a few minutes from Canggu. The whole villa is beautifully decorated with a mixture of antique and modern furniture bought all around Indonesia, surrounded by lush tropical gardens it has been built to the highest of international standards with top-drawer finished.
Local materials have been used throughout with a mix of grey stone, sirat and old recycled teak wood.
The villa is filled with a spacious 12 meters swimming pool, open-air cozy couches and spacious bedrooms. Whether you want to relax in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, enjoy beautiful sunsets and surf breaks or explore rice fields or traditional temples, this accommodation is the perfect match !

## Space

This villa is an open-air and modern villa complemented by a colorful and stylish decor. This accommodation is ideal for large family gatherings, reunions and retreats as there is plenty of space for you to spread out and enjoy the company of your loved ones. The villa can comfortably accommodate 16 to 20 people and is entirely accessible to the guests.

There are 8 spacious, air conditioned, and luxurious bedrooms – perfect for you to rest your head and rejuvenate. The 4 master bedrooms are furnished with a king-sized bed and a luscious en-suite bathroom featuring with a massive soaking bathtub and Italian shower. The additional 4 bedrooms are furnished with king sized beds and also include modern en-suite bathrooms for you to cool off and refresh.

In the living area, you will be amazed by the modern and sophisticated villa interior. Lounge on one of the cozy couches while you read a book, take a nap, or visit with friends and family. The living area faces the garden and pool and is the ideal spot to rest in the shade while still being able to visit with others as they play in the pool area.

– Check in time starts at 2 PM
– There is staff 24/7 at the villa to welcome you. Check in will be arranged through chats and we will give you the number of the villa manager, so you or your driver can contact him. The villa map will be communicated to you as well.
– Number of guests should be the same as the booking

## Check out instructions

Check out has to be done before 11 am. The villa will be fully inspected, and your damage deposit will be refunded if nothing is broken or damaged.

## Transit

Optional (additional cost) – please book 24 hours in advance:
– Driver: We can organize a 6/7 passenger car that can be used up to 8 hours a day with driver, taking you all the places, you would like to visit, with a very competitive rate.
– Scooters rental

Please note:
*Pets are not allowed to be in the premises, except, there is approval from our management board. Regarding this matter, 30% deposit for pets would be required, provided that they are well-trained and that you leave a security deposit, which will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage occurs.
*Crib is available on additional charge and 5 days notification in advance prior to arrival is needed (subject to availability)

Bali is a tropical island with all of its amazing biodiversity. You may find plenty of various small animals in Bali (during the stay), ranging from the endangered creature until common house animals you’ve seen every day like Lizard and Gecko or small insects such as ants and mosquitoes. We do our best to control mosquito in our villa by doing fogging for once a month and clean the villa in detail every day. However, we cannot control and guarantee that there will be no mosquito at all after regularly arranging the treatments. Therefore, we provide mosquito spray and electric repellent in the villa to make your stay convenient.
