Bali Exception offers you a peaceful and luxurious getaway at Villa MaMa. Located in the most trendy place in Bali, Canggu. Villa MaMa by itself is a simple villa that spoils your need of relaxing days in Bali, with a touch of natural contemporary design. This villa has a very strategic location where you can find many famous restaurants just around the corner , and only 2.6 km to the closest beach, Berawa Beach and the famous Beach Club Finns

## Space

This villa features spacious, air conditioning and fans for your utmost relaxation. Flatscreen TV and cable channels are also provided for your entertainment experience (living-room).
The spacious living room opens on a tropical garden and a beautiful pool.
Everything you need is provided for your ease and convenience. If you choose to dine in, all modern kitchen amenities are on hand.

The villa is equipped with a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff to take care of all of your needs and questions during your stay.

Villa MaMa is perfectly located in Canggu, one of the most desirable neighbourhoods in Bali. This trendy and lively coastal village has everything you need for your perfect Balinese experience. Unique bohemian vibe, stunning ricefields, famous surf breaks, delicious healthy restaurants, lively nightlife, trendy shops, beach clubs and a large range of activities are all here for you to enjoy!

– Restaurants & cafes just around the corner (Ona Restaurant, SatuSatu Coffee, Milk and Madu Cafe, Milu by Nook…)
– Minimart: 2 marts are next to the villa
– Pharmacy: 20 mins walk

## Transit

Optional (additional cost) – please book 24 hours in advance:
– Driver: a 6/7 passengers car can be used up to 8 hours a day with driver, taking you all the places you would like to visit.

Additional note:
*Pets are not allowed to be in the premises, except, there is approval from our management board. Regarding this matter, 30% deposit for pets would be required, provided that they are well-trained and that you leave a security deposit, which will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage occurs.
*Crib is available on additional charge and 5 days notification in advance prior to arrival is needed (subject to availability)

Bali is a tropical island with all of its amazing biodiversity. You may find plenty of various small animals in Bali (during the stay), ranging from the endangered creature until common house animals you’ve seen every day like Lizard and Gecko or small insects such as ants and mosquitoes. We do our best to control mosquito in our villa by doing fogging for once a month and clean the villa in details every day. However, we cannot control and guarantee that there will be no mosquito at all after regularly arranging the treatments. Therefore we provide mosquito spray and electric repellent in the villa to make your stay convenient.
