For your convenience, we offer mosquito spray and electric repellents in the villa.
– Please note that there is a new building development in the vicinity that unfortunately is out of our control. This might lead to occasional (noise) disruptions. However, we assure you that your comfort remains our priority.

- From the booking date until 61 days before check-in:Â 25% of the total prepayment amount

- No-show:Â 100% of the total rent
