Bali Exception management offers you a comfortable getaway at our two bedroom apartment located in Canggu, only 9mins drive to Berawa Beach. It's an ideal place for families gathering, friends and couple. This newly renovated 2 bedrooms apartment contains an artistic detail, bright and cosy concept. A private terrace that allows you to bask in the sun with your morning coffee; a spacious living room and open kitchen are bordered by two cosy and comfy bedrooms to assure your stay is relaxing and memorable.


## Space

(Please be advised that there is a new building development in the neighborhood. Noise may be discomforting at times)

This 2 bedrooms apartment have been designed to maximize your privacy, enjoyment of the spacious and luxurious accommodation feature lounge on the built-in couch and an open kitchen bar.

The space is decorated with a soft industrial vibe mixed with elements of local wares and the walls are decorated with art works. This accommodation is ideal for family gatherings, reunions and enjoy the company of your loved ones. The loft can comfortably accommodate 2 to 4 people and is entirely accessible to the guests.

There are 2 air conditioned bedrooms that are furnished with a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom with shower for you to cool off and refresh.

The dining area is the perfect place to gather with your friends and family and indulge in a home cooked meal together. If you decide, your meal can be prepared by one of our staff members for your convenience. The kitchen contains all of the modern appliances including a state of the art stove and fridge.

In the living area, you will be amazed by the modern and sophisticated interior. Lounge on one of the cosy couches while you read a book, take a nap, or visit with friends and family.

Please note that the parking space will be limited and for motorbike only.

The loft is equipped with a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff to take care of all of your needs and questions during your stay. The staff can provide home cooked meals, arrange day trips, activities, transportation, laundry services, and more.

Located in the heart of Canggu this accommodation is only a short driving distance of 5-10 minutes from all of the trendy and vibrant restaurants, cafes, and nightlife of Canggu.

- 5 mins drive to many restaurants (Warung Gouthe, Milk and Madu, Cafe Del Mar, La Barraca and others)
- 20 min drive to Seminyak
- 13 mins drive to Supermarket (Pepito and Frestive)
- 4 mins drive to the famous Finns Beach Club and Finns Recreation


## Access

Pick-up from the airport can be arranged in extra charge, 300 000 IDR/ car (our cars are 7 seaters Air-conditioned mini van, fitting 5 persons with all luggages)


## Check-in Instructions

There is staff 24/7 at the loft to welcome you. Check in will be arranged by messages and we will give you the number of the manager, so you or your driver can contact him. Location coordinates will be communicated to you as well.

Number of guest should be the same as the booking

## Check-out instructions

Check out has to be done before 11 am.The loft will be fully inspected and your damage deposit will be refunded if nothing is broken or damaged.


## Transit

Optional (additional cost) – please book 24 hours in advance:
- Driver: a 6/7 passenger car can be used up to 8 hours a day with driver, taking you all the places you would like to visit
- Scooters rental

Additional note:
*Pets are not allowed to be in the premises, except, there is approval from our management board. Regarding this matter, 30% deposit for pets would be required, provided that they are well-trained and that you leave a security deposit, which will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage occurs.

Bali is a tropical island with all of its amazing biodiversity. You may find plenty of various small animals in Bali (during the stay), ranging from the endangered creature until common house animals you’ve seen every day like Lizard and Gecko or small insects such as ants and mosquitoes. We do our best to control mosquito in our villa by doing fogging for once a month and clean the villa in details every day. However, we cannot control and guarantee that there will be no mosquito at all after regularly arranging the treatments. Therefore we provide mosquito spray and electric repellent in the villa to make your stay convenient.
