Bali Exception offers you a relaxing getaway at our 2BR apartment. It's an ideal place for couples, family gatherings, and friends. This 2BR apartment located at 10 minutes from Berawa Beach and Finns Club. This modern fully decorated contemporary style apartment has its own private access with private balcony, living room, bathroom, kitchen & dining room.
## Space
This 2BR apartment, Mercato 2, is situated on the 2nd floor of the building. It is a modern complemented by a colorful and stylish decor interiors. This accommodation is ideal for couples or families as it can accommodate up to 4 people. There are 2 air conditioners, and comfortable bedrooms - perfect for you to rest your self after a busy day or partying all night. The two bedrooms are furnished with a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. If you plan to have additional room, we also have another one bedroom apartment, Mercato 1, which is situated on the 1st floor of the building. Each unit of Mercato 1 and Mercato 2 has its own entrance access.
The dining area is the perfect place to gather with your friends and family. The kitchen contains all of the modern appliances including a stove, toaster and fridge. In the living area, you will be welcomed with the warmth of the modern and sophisticated interior touch. Lounge on one of the cosy couches while you read a book, take a nap, or just browsing the internet. The living area is simply the best place for you to do your work-from-paradise.
Please note that the parking space will be limited and for motorbike only.
Additional note:
*Pets are not allowed to be in the premises, except, there is approval from our management board. Regarding this matter, 30% deposit for pets would be required, provided that they are well-trained and that you leave a security deposit, which will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage occurs.
## Interaction
The apartment is equipped with a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff to take care of all of your needs and questions during your stay. Cleaning service is based on 3 times per week.

Located in the heart of the calm and serene village of Canggu, this accommodation is only a short driving distance of 5-10 minutes from all of the trendy and vibrant restaurants, cafes, and nightlife of Canggu. Whether you want to relax in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, enjoy beautiful sunsets or explore traditional temples. You will also have no trouble indulging in the local cuisines and entertainment experiences that Canggu has to offer.

Bali is a tropical island with all of its amazing biodiversity. You may find plenty of various small animals in Bali (during the stay), ranging from the endangered creature until common house animals you’ve seen every day like Lizard and Gecko or small insects such as ants and mosquitoes. We do our best to control mosquito in our villa by doing fogging for once a month and clean the villa in details every day. However, we cannot control and guarantee that there will be no mosquito at all after regularly arranging the treatments. Therefore we provide mosquito spray and electric repellent in the villa to make your stay convenient.
